Fashion Awards or British Fashion Awards, as it was called until 2016, is an award established by the British Fashion Council. As part of the ceremony, the best representatives of the fashion world, who over the past year have made the most significant contribution to the fashion industry, are awarded.
Within the framework of the award, various awards are presented - for outstanding achievements, for recognition and for the first successful steps. The most important award is the title of "Designer of the Year", which this year was taken by Kim Jones – artistic director of Dior and Fendi.
Also among the winners in different nominations were Tommy Hilfiger, stylist Ib Camara, designer Alessandro Michele and others.
During the ceremony, all those present honored the memory of Virgil Abloh , the founder of the Off-White brand, who died during the day for the event.
