Designers searched through the past collections and selected cult things, which were adapted to the modern way and added a touch of 90's style. Also, things flaunted the new brand monogram.

Brandon Maxwell decided not to put a specific idea in the center of the collection, but to devote time to modernizing the already existing things. The task of the collection is to show how to break the modern dress code and make it more feminine, original and creative. Designers painted classic clothes in atypical colors, added sparkle and shine to them, complemented with asymmetry - you can wear such things in the office and at a party.

The Area show at New York Fashion Week 2022 was, as always, conceptual and constructive. Unusual geometric shapes, the prevalence of ideas over looks, boldness and creativity - that's how we can describe what we saw on the runway.
